Communications, Public Relations and Digital Content Support Service

An organization in New York is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive communications, public relations, and digital content support services for a one-year contract period. The selected firm will collaborate closely with the director of communications through weekly coordination meetings to review and align on priorities, assignments, timelines, and necessary approvals.

Scope of work includes end-to-end podcast services such as monthly content development, episode planning, post-production tasks including publication, hosting, distribution, platform support, and promotional strategies. In addition, the vendor will offer website support covering design assistance, content review, and copywriting. Public relations responsibilities entail on-call media support, as well as the creation and distribution of newsletters and community email blasts. The vendor will also be responsible for providing crisis communications and public emergency support on an as-needed basis.
