DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive communications events and programs services, including event planning, production, and support. Responsibilities encompass full-service event management, such as venue sourcing, contracting, permitting, scheduling, and calendar management for events throughout the year. The contractor is expected to handle planning, logistics, and on-site execution for events of various sizes and formats.

The scope includes media and digital engagement services like social media content creation before, during, and after events, as well as live streaming services, interactive displays, and audience engagement platforms—including mobile apps and feedback systems. Temporary staffing will be required, covering roles like project managers, event planners, coordinators, and brand ambassadors.

Additional services entail photography, video production, graphic design for signage and digital displays, plus printing and delivery of branded promotional materials. The contract period will be for one year.
