DESCRIPTION
The authority is seeking professional consultants to provide communications consulting services in both Spanish and English on an as-needed basis. The selected firm will be responsible for developing, expanding, and enhancing social media, photography, and video content, as well as supporting branding or rebranding initiatives.
Additional duties include providing comprehensive communications support that covers planning, strategy, and implementation, as well as writing services for brochures, social media, web content, outreach materials, and more. The consultant will be expected to improve outreach tools such as email campaigns and placements in community newsletters, analyze recent customer survey findings, and recommend ways to enhance messaging for cultural appropriateness.
The consultant will also help develop strategies to establish the authority as a community-empowering agency that values diversity and culture.
