DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive communications consultant services, including the development of a strategic communications strategy and delivery of a tailored communications plan. The scope encompasses all required services as outlined in the communications plan, ongoing implementation support, and guidance on evaluating the communications plan's effectiveness.
Additional responsibilities include supporting the client in achieving strategic communications goals, engaging with stakeholders impacted by or contributing to communications initiatives, and delivering media and public relations training specific to the Executive Team. Website consultation services are also required to enhance the organization’s communications capabilities.
