The State of Nebraska is seeking a qualified vendor to provide communications and public involvement services under a three-year contract. The selected vendor will support agency projects by delivering public involvement (PI) services, including pre-construction and construction outreach, and creating materials for public meetings such as presentations, documents, and fact sheets.
Additional responsibilities include producing a variety of displays—such as renderings, animations, and maps—to support communication efforts. The vendor will also assist with special projects from the Communications Division, which may involve departmental initiatives, strategic social media planning, writing assignments, and coordination of special events including logistics and execution.
