The selected vendor will be responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive communications plan, the creation of marketing materials, and ongoing messaging for a broad-based audience. Deliverables include short films, website language and content, an interactive online project map, and customizable templates for public-facing materials. All materials are intended for use on the organization's website, across social media channels, and for distribution to project partners for broader impact communications.
This engagement requires content production, messaging strategy development, and strategic communication planning. The website will function as the primary reflection of the brand, mission, and vision. In addition, the vendor will produce a series of individual project highlight videos showcasing the tangible impact on various communities and environments served. The communications plan must define target audiences, distribution channels, recommended tone and voice, and event opportunities, ensuring consistency with the existing messaging guide and maximizing audience engagement.
