DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Minnesota is seeking a vendor to deliver comprehensive communications and engagement services supporting transportation projects. The scope of work includes developing and implementing marketing communications strategies, encompassing advertising with media planning and placement, public relations, business and community engagement, video production, and strategic use of social media.

The selected vendor must demonstrate excellent writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging content across various mediums such as print, email, digital, and social platforms, while preserving a consistent brand voice. Responsibilities include providing advance notifications regarding closures or delays through multiple channels, thereby minimizing disruptions for motorists, businesses, and residents. The vendor will be expected to co-create engagement strategies with community input, actively involve communities of color, and collaborate with local leaders or organizations.

Management of virtual engagement platforms and adherence to state guidelines for virtual participation is required.
