DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor is required to provide communication boards designed to promote inclusive and accessible communication throughout various public spaces. These boards must be constructed from durable materials suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments, and should feature universally recognized symbols alongside multilingual options to serve the needs of diverse communities.
The primary goal is to enhance public interaction and ensure that all community members, regardless of their communication abilities, can safely and effectively use public spaces while fostering engagement and inclusivity. Additionally, each board must include a QR code that enables users to download a free speech-generating mobile application. This app should mirror the board's images and symbols, allowing users to communicate directly from their mobile devices. The contract will span one year, with questions due by April 21, 2026.
