DESCRIPTION


This RFP seeks a vendor to provide communication and social media management services in support of workforce development initiatives. The selected consultant will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy that enhances employer engagement, job seeker outreach, public awareness, and the activities of the one-stop system.

Scope of work includes creating written content for digital platforms, newsletters, press releases, and stakeholder communications. The vendor will develop content calendars, posting schedules, and messaging tailored to audiences such as job seekers, employers, partners, and the public. Management of social media accounts, creation of original content, and maintaining a consistent voice, tone, and visual identity across platforms are required.
