The city and its partnership in Maryland are seeking a professional Communication and Brand Strategy Director to oversee organization-wide communications and safeguard brand consistency. The selected individual or firm will be responsible for shaping and managing the public image of both the city and the partnership through strategic, compelling communications efforts.

Routine tasks also involve creating a comprehensive annual communications calendar, producing print materials, and supervising part-time communications contractors.
Collaboration is essential, as the director will work closely with partnership staff to support strategic objectives and maintain high standards of communication. Building and maintaining strong relationships with media representatives, local businesses, city officials, and non-profit partners is also a critical aspect of this leadership position.
