The government has issued a Special Clarification Notice inviting vendors to participate in Phase 1 of the Common Tactical Truck (CTT) Commercial Solutions Opening process. In this phase, vendors are required to submit information about their current, commercially available tactical truck solutions. Developmental solutions are not being considered; instead, the government seeks offerings that may be implemented with no or only minor commercial modifications.
Phase 1 submissions, limited to ten pages, should provide comprehensive details about the vendor's available product line. Vendors must clearly identify which capabilities are immediately available, highlight features that align with the government's Desired Attributes, and specify any modifications that would be needed. Additionally, proposals should indicate which production activities could commence right after contract award. This process is intended to identify mature, readily producible tactical truck solutions that can meet government requirements.
