DESCRIPTION


This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide commissioning services for a crisis diversion facility in North Carolina. The selected consultant will be responsible for ensuring all systems and components of major equipment and building infrastructure are designed, installed, and tested according to the operational requirements of the County government authority.

The consultant's duties include reviewing and validating the Owner’s Project Requirements, assisting in the development of commissioning-related project documentation, and coordinating closely with the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), design team, and subcontractors to implement the commissioning process during construction. All questions regarding the project must be submitted no later than April 13, 2026.
