DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Salem, Oregon is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive commissioning services for construction projects. The selected firm will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the commissioning process and ensuring compliance with program requirements.
Key responsibilities include taking primary responsibility for the commissioning of the project, delivering objective and factual reports on equipment and systems installation, documentation, operation, and performance, and preparing both a commissioning plan and detailed specifications.
