The government authority in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive commissioning services for building facilities. The selected consultant will be responsible for ensuring that facilities meet all functional and performance requirements specified by the building owner, occupants, and operators. In addition, contract specifications should be reviewed to confirm that installing contractor requirements during construction and testing phases support the commissioning effort.
