A vendor is sought to provide commercial video production services for two thirty-second commercials. Each commercial will also require an alternate cut formatted for fifteen-second placements. Production quality must meet broadcast television standards, including professional lighting, audio capture, and high-end cinema-level cameras.

The commercials will feature a Chairman's Message and a Customer Testimonial, with filming anticipated to require one to two half-day sessions. All production must use broadcast-quality audio and video equipment. Services will include editing, color correction, audio mixing, and final delivery. Pre-production tasks such as planning, scheduling, and shot list development are required.
