The selected vendor will provide comprehensive commercial strategy services. Responsibilities include developing and executing a market transition strategy for products, services, or capabilities, ensuring seamless entry into commercial markets. This also encompasses the creation and implementation of a financing strategy, such as preparing investor materials including pitch decks.
Additionally, the vendor will deliver an intellectual property (IP) strategy through a thorough assessment of freedom to operate. Business analyses will be conducted to evaluate a variety of business models, cost drivers, and commercialization risks. The vendor is expected to formulate plans that consider both commercial and government applications, address relevant regulatory requirements, and develop roadmaps for product scaling and supply chain management.
Other aspects include devising effective market entry and customer engagement strategies, as well as a plan to establish a clear reimbursement pathway. The overarching goal is to ensure robust commercial viability, compliance, and growth potential for the product or service.
