DESCRIPTION

This RFI seeks providers of commercial space domain awareness training services that leverage large language model modules for a government authority in Colorado. The solution should assist Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in validating, refining, and approving AI-generated training content while supporting on-demand job aids, regularly updated training manuals, and assessment workflows adaptable to changes in operational systems.

Vendors will be expected to generate and create curricula, learning modules, and provide as-needed coaching directly from doctrine and task workflows. The ability to deploy virtual instructor technologies offering real-time guidance and feedback within classified training environments, including IL5 enclaves, is required. The process must support end-to-end ingestion of technical documents (e.g., PDFs, DOCX), Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and other relevant source materials.

Expertise in training and development or significant experience in implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) solutions is highly desirable for prospective bidders.
