This Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) is designed as an umbrella announcement to streamline the engagement of a wide range of prospective contractors who can offer cutting-edge technologies and approaches.
The primary objective is to identify and evaluate innovative platforms and technologies—both existing and emerging—that can efficiently deliver critical information to the appropriate platforms and decision-makers, ultimately reducing kill chain and OODA (Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act) timelines. Future calls for specific technology areas will be issued under this announcement, providing targeted opportunities for vendors to submit proposals addressing defined JADC2 challenges across the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, and the commercial sector.
