DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Westover, Massachusetts seeks a vendor to provide commercial high-speed internet service. The selected contractor will be responsible for supplying high-speed internet including all necessary infrastructure, equipment, and technical support to ensure reliable and seamless connectivity for authorized users and systems.

Fiber connections are required from building 1800 to building 1800, where the contractor will install a router, gateway device, and firewall to deliver high-speed fiber internet. The bandwidth provided must be symmetrical with a minimum speed of 1 gbps for the primary circuit and scalability up to 2, 3, and 4 gbps, supporting approximately 900 devices.

Additionally, the contractor must offer 24/7 technical support, maintaining a maximum response time of 60 minutes for critical issues and 4 hours for non-critical issues.
