The selected vendor will work to optimize collection routes, engage with businesses and property complexes to onboard new customers, and assist current customers in utilizing organics service effectively while reducing contamination.

Responsibilities include engaging with both existing and new commercial and multi-family customers to ensure they are using the appropriate level of service, bringing new participants into compliance with organics management regulations, and setting up services for new multi-family customers upon request.
