The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive video, audio, and lighting support to ensure a professional and first-class event experience.
Services include managing live YouTube streaming using streaming code access provided by university media services, as well as ensuring reliable video playback with primary and backup systems. The vendor will coordinate all floor seating arrangements for graduates and special guests, and supply HDMI computer monitors for technical integration during name-calling on stage. A production manager is expected to participate actively in client committee planning meetings to support event logistics.
The ceremonies typically host between 100 to 600 graduates and attract audiences of 1,000 to 6,000 guests. The awarded contract will be for a period of four years.
