DESCRIPTION


A vendor is required to provide professional photography services for commencement ceremonies. Responsibilities include photographing all candidates for individual portraits, capturing moments during individual recognition and handshakes, as well as photographing the platform party, university leadership, keynote, processional, and recessional events.

Digital and print photo packages must be offered for sale to students and graduates through a user-friendly ordering platform. Timely delivery of photo packages, along with robust customer support and protocols for complaint resolution, is essential. The vendor must supply high-resolution digital images with unlimited usage rights for the university in print, analog, or digital materials.
