Commencement Photography Services

A university in Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive photography services for its commencement ceremonies and related events. The selected vendor will be responsible for capturing high-quality images at all graduation ceremonies, including photographing each graduate as they receive their diploma and providing individual portraits in front of a green screen with school-specific backgrounds. Participation in pre-commencement events and adherence to a specified set-up schedule is also required.

Additional responsibilities include creating and delivering a 9” x 12” plaque featuring images of each of the three Grand Marshals as they enter the arena, and providing a minimum of 100 high-quality public relations images per ceremony for use by the University Office of the Provost. All PR images from the ceremonies must be delivered in digital format within three business days to support timely archival and publication needs.
