DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Eugene, Oregon seeks a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive college Wi-Fi replacement service. The selected provider will be responsible for supplying high-performance wireless hardware, required software, licensing, and integrated services necessary for deploying a modernized and robust Wi-Fi network infrastructure.

The solution must include a web-based, on-premises platform for centralized management, monitoring, and control of all access points. The infrastructure should be configured for high availability to minimize service disruptions during component failures or system upgrades. Access points are required to autonomously identify and select noise-free, uncongested channels, and the system should dynamically adjust channel selection, channel widths, and power levels based on real-time deployment density without manual input.

Additionally, the solution must support seamless client steering to the optimal RF band according to individual device capabilities, ensuring a reliable and efficient campus-wide wireless experience.
