A Virginia-based agency is seeking a comprehensive, student-centered College, Career and Life Readiness (CCLR) Platform System to support K–12 students and their families in academic planning, career exploration, and postsecondary readiness. The desired solution must be a SaaS product optimized for iPadOS, while remaining compatible with Windows and MacOS devices, and should enable self-discovery, interest and strength identification, and the exploration and construction of personalized academic and career pathways aligned with various postsecondary goals.
The platform should complement current district initiatives and provide robust tools for educators and administrators to monitor student progress and evaluate program effectiveness. Required features include age-appropriate functionality across grade levels, multilingual support, and intuitive interfaces. Students must be able to generate and manage academic and career plan portfolios, while workforce, college, and career data should be integrated for decision support. The system should facilitate postsecondary documentation management, with options for integration with standard applications portals. Additional capabilities should support work-based learning experiences and furnish advanced data dashboards at both school and district levels. The anticipated contract period is five years, and all questions regarding the proposal must be submitted by May 8, 2026.
