DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive technical support, work process planning, and system monitoring and alarming support for the department’s collector systems units. Services include technical assistance related to the operation, inspection, and maintenance of wastewater collection systems, as well as support for SCADA, web design, work order management systems, and geographic information systems.

Responsibilities encompass the maintenance and support of current software and digital tools utilized by the department, such as GraniteNET, CityWorks, GIS, and Telog/Unity online monitoring. The vendor will conduct database extraction from these systems as needed. Additional tasks involve the development and optimization of programmable logic controller logic for real-time hydraulic control and the creation of tools and procedures to support organizational change management initiatives.
