The vendor is required to provide renewal services for Collabware software subscriptions. Services should cover the Collabware CLM Enterprise (E2) Edition for annual subscriptions across single users and volumes ranging from 1 to 1000 users. Additionally, subscriptions for the Collabmail CLM Standard Edition, including both annual single-user and volume licenses, must be renewed for user counts from 1 to 1000.
All prospective vendors must submit any questions regarding the solicitation by March 10, 2026. The contract for these services will be established for a one-year period, encompassing the specified user tiers and software editions.
