DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Michigan seeks a vendor to provide a Collaborative Quality Initiatives (CQI) data registry platform for a three-year contract. The platform must manage the full system life cycle, including the processing of raw claims data, episodes of care grouping, risk adjustment, price standardization, and reporting functionalities for hospitals and health systems.

The registry system should classify claims into service types and sub-types, applying price standardization to mask cost variations due to different provider reimbursements. It must also include a comprehensive data dictionary mapping raw claims data elements to analytic files, and offer the capability to incorporate chart abstraction data from other CQIs for comparison with claims-based data.

All vendor questions related to this solicitation must be submitted by March 6, 2026.
