DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks vendors to provide Cohesity products and services, including software, hardware appliances, cloud services, accessories, and related professional services. The scope includes data protection platforms, software, appliances, and comprehensive solutions for data security and cyber resilience. Additional requirements cover cloud and SaaS data protection, data management, analytics, insight solutions (including AI), subscription software, SaaS services, and professional services such as Value Added Reseller (VAR) offerings.
Professional services needed encompass solution architecture design, deployment planning, implementation, configuration, migration from legacy backup platforms, disaster recovery planning, validation testing, operational best practices, and administrator training. Vendors are also expected to provide robust support and maintenance services, including enterprise technical support, case management, and specialized Cyber Event Response Team (CERT) assistance for cyber incidents like ransomware attacks. Routine software updates, patches, and version upgrades are also required.
The contract period is set for one year. Questions must be submitted no later than April 20, 2026, and a pre-bid meeting will be held on the same date.
