A government authority located in Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to provide Cohesity backup storage as a service. The required solution must include premium 24x7 support and data backup subscriptions for various Cohesity models, specifically C4600-25G-10G-SFP-4, C4600-SFP-4, C4300-SFP-4, and C5036-10G-SFP-4. For several hardware models, support must allow for Hard Disk Drive (HDD) non-return, eliminating the need for the customer to return defective storage parts that have been replaced under a support agreement, in accordance with the outlined terms and conditions.
