The government authority in Allen, Texas seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive coffee supplies and related services. The selected provider will be responsible for bi-monthly visits to each service location to check inventory, refresh supplies, and ensure equipment is in working order.
Services include furnishing equipment for coffee and tea, such as coffee makers, brewing stations with hot water dispensers, labeled carafes or pump pots for regular and decaffeinated coffee, and all necessary accessories. Vendors must also be able to supply coffee supplies upon agency request outside of the regular delivery schedule.
Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 24, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 21, 2026.
