SUMMARY

The U.S. government is seeking Contractor Logistics Support for the AC-130J PSP software, including maintenance, repair, engineering, and logistics provided by Sierra Nevada Corporation.

DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the AC-130J Precision Strike Package (PSP) software. The contract will be a sole source award to Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC), as they are uniquely positioned to provide this service due to the distinct PSP configurations and lack of existing Department of Defense (DoD) maintenance support or published technical orders.

The CLS includes responsibilities such as troubleshooting, organizational-level maintenance and repair of the PSP and government-furnished equipment, and managing the shipping and receiving of repairable assets. Services required under this contract encompass Field Service Representative (FSR) labor, engineering support, program management, spares and repairs, emergency support, travel, and relevant data management. FSRs will address technical systems, provide recommendations for correcting deficiencies, and contribute to material management, including provisioning and spares distribution.

The contract consists of one basic ordering period (30 September 2026 to 29 September 2027) with four additional one-year options. Questions regarding this procurement can be directed to the Procuring Contracting Officer, with an Ombudsman available for unresolved serious concerns.
