The State of Illinois is seeking a vendor to implement a cloud or web-based case management system to modernize its incident reporting processes. This new system will replace the existing Excel-based solution, enabling more efficient monitoring, data tracking, and reporting related to incident reports. The platform must enhance data accuracy, support student data protection and compliance initiatives, and facilitate improved accessibility to information.
The requested solution should provide seamless integration with existing systems and support data migration from sources such as SharePoint and other current platforms. Compatibility is required with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari browsers, and the system must not require any client-side Flash or Java components.
A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for January 12, 2026. Interested parties must submit all questions regarding this opportunity by January 15, 2026.
