Vendors are invited to provide a cloud-native 911 Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system upgrade solution that enhances operational capabilities for each dispatch center. The proposed solution must include an interface to the 911 service provider, Intrado Power 911, allowing for automatic population of CAD calls with 911 information when selected by a dispatcher. The system should support receipt and import of raw spill data from the 911 service, parsing it into the call for service via serial or IP connections.
Key requirements include the ability to intelligently handle ANI/ALI rebids through the interface, immediate geoverification of E911 imported addresses upon transfer, and determination of physical addresses from X/Y coordinates provided by the E911 phone system. Additionally, the solution should provide interfaces to Zetron Max-D for station and unit toning, ImageTrend for patient care reporting, as well as compatibility with Active911 and HipLink via SNPP for mobile alerting. Integration with Rapid SOS for caller location information and the regional data hub for LinXs is also required.
This RFI is part of the development process for updating computer automated dispatch systems in support of 911 dispatching and enhancing software capabilities for first responders and public safety services.
