DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will develop a unified data dissemination tool in a web application format. This solution will feature a series of hierarchical webpages and data dashboards to serve as a comprehensive, one-stop shop for all publicly available information. The vendor will design the overall system’s technology architecture diagram and website navigation roadmap, ensuring the application includes both the public-facing components and supporting back-end infrastructure.

The web application must provide robust functionality for the communication, visualization, and downloading of diverse air quality data compatible with the existing data ecosystem. Core infrastructure will be developed to support all capabilities identified in both the overview and 'my air quality' tabs of the provided mock-up. The project includes implementing updates or potential enhancements to the system as needed. A knowledge transfer component is required to support ongoing maintenance and user adoption. The contract term is one year.

All vendor inquiries must be submitted by March 22, 2026.
