DESCRIPTION


The agency is seeking vendors to provide cloud hosting, system administration, and website support and development services. Vendors should demonstrate experience with AWS cloud hosting, systems operations support, website administration, development, and software support. The engagement includes supporting web operations through cloud hosting, system and website administration, as well as providing critical feature development.

The scope of services includes access to Amazon Web Services (AWS), Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), and qualified staff for system administration, security, and analytical software needs. The solution must offer a cost-effective infrastructure hosted in AWS GovCloud–West and US–East, adhering to Federal IT security requirements and industry best practices. Both system operations and website administration/development staff must be able to perform their tasks remotely. Vendors are also responsible for providing necessary system and software licenses to enhance agency cloud-hosted systems. This opportunity is set aside exclusively for small businesses, and the contract will have a one-year term.
