The government authority in Tennessee is seeking a partner to provide a cloud-hosted Salesforce DevOps and automated testing tool. The ideal solution will include automated builds, code linting, and static code analysis with every commit, as well as tools for managing backlogs, epics, user stories, and tasks, including integrations with platforms such as Azure Boards. The chosen tool should allow for pipeline definitions utilizing version-controllable, infrastructure-as-code configurations, ensuring end-to-end traceability from requirements through code changes, builds, and releases.

Additional requirements include support for large teams, high-frequency deployments, and flexible agent hosting options (cloud or self-hosted). The tool must offer Git integration to enable distributed version control, branching, and pull request workflows, as well as seamless integration of automated test frameworks within the CI/CD pipeline. Monitoring deployment success rates and application health is essential. Vendors must also provide continuous support (24/7) across multiple channels (email, phone, chat), an online portal with FAQs and guides, and user community resources.

AI-driven components capable of ingesting or creating datasets, including those containing sensitive information for training or fine-tuning, are also required. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled, and any questions from vendors must be submitted in advance.
