DESCRIPTION

The vendor is required to provide a standalone, cloud-hosted, web-based meeting room booking and visitor management solution. This system must be accessible through standard web browsers and should not depend on or integrate with productivity platforms such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, or Google Workspace.

The platform must deliver a holistic, single-interface user experience that is intuitive, accessible, and responsive across devices. Consistent workflows for creating, modifying, and cancelling bookings or visitor registrations are necessary, and the interface should include role-specific views tailored to different user types. Role-based access must be centrally managed using on-premise directory-sourced identities.

Core functionality must include the creation, retrieval, update, and deletion of meetings and bookings, as well as the management of resources (rooms, catering items, equipment) and their properties. The system should also provide retrieval of visit records and associated visitor properties, as well as the ability to access users and their attributes synchronized from active directory and their related system properties.
