The State of Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-hosted software platform designed specifically for medical education. The new system will replace outdated and fragmented solutions currently used for student and resident evaluations, curriculum mapping, and registration. The selected platform should offer robust customization options, enabling tailored fields, workflows, and output formatting to meet the unique needs of medical education programs.
Key requirements include support for peer-to-peer evaluations in group or team-based learning with optional anonymity, clear user guidance through accessible prompts and error messages, and automated survey generation for faculty evaluations. The platform must feature a comprehensive faculty dashboard to track educational activities, research, and service for performance assessment and promotion purposes. Additionally, it should provide tools to monitor individual student progress, manage scheduling, transcripts, and registration, and support both data import/export and student self-service updates to demographic information.
Vendors may submit questions pertaining to this opportunity until January 6, 2026. The contract for this cloud-hosted medical educational software will span a period of four years.
