The client is seeking a cloud-hosted, configurable commercial-off-the-shelf legal case and document management system. The solution must include all necessary software, licenses, warranties, and related services. The system should leverage information technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to automate workflows and business processes, promote strong document version control, and ensure highly secure, accurate, and reliable recordkeeping. Robust data analytics and reporting capabilities are required, along with features to migrate, organize, and de-duplicate files and documents.
The platform should provide comprehensive case management, supporting real-time matter intake, opening, closure, and matter type tracking. Essential generative AI capabilities must include automated workflow, intelligent scanning, data verification, data analysis, legal research, document review, audit trails, and data encryption. The system must capture and import various digital files, including emails, documents, attachments, transcripts, and audio/video recordings. Secure file sharing, mobile accessibility, and web compatibility with the latest browsers are critical, as well as robust role-based permissions and advanced search functionality across document profiles and contents. The contract period will be for one year.
