Cloud-Hosted Enterprise Resource Planning Solution

The Province of Alberta is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a cloud-hosted Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for a five-year contract. The selected solution must include comprehensive modules for human resources, payroll, and financial management, as well as project costing and work order functionalities. The scope of work covers supply, installation, training, ongoing technical support, and consulting and implementation services to ensure seamless deployment and integration with existing applications and systems.

The ERP software must support the import and export of data from Excel and Google Sheets and feature direct integration with Google Calendar and Google Drive. This includes enabling enterprise file storage and privileging solutions that offer direct export and routing capabilities to Google Drive. The solution should facilitate the complete transfer of HR and payroll information and support complex payroll scenarios, such as sub teachers and employees with multiple positions. It must also provide electronic approval workflows for functions including payroll, absences, hiring requests, purchase orders, and expense claims.

Preference will be given to solutions that guarantee data residency and ensure the hosting environment meets or exceeds current cybersecurity frameworks. The ability to query any data field across subsystems, robust data conversion planning and execution, and streamlined data import processes are essential requirements.
