A vendor is sought to provide a cloud-hosted electronic health record (EHR) and billing system to support agency operations and consortium partners in delivering and billing school-based health and behavioral health services. The solution must be a robust, cloud-hosted platform with documented uptime guarantees, and should facilitate comprehensive support for multi-payer fee schedules.

Key requirements include integration with single sign-on solutions such as AD/Entra ID and Google Workspace, centralized user activity monitoring and auditing, and extensive reporting functionality. The system must support API-based integration with various Student Information Systems (SIS), provider roster management with automated SPI file submissions to Carelon/Availity, detailed care plan and case management, and maintain thorough documentation logs with revision history and strict access controls.

Additional features should encompass referral tracking, appointment scheduling with reminders and follow-up, and customizable reporting with user-driven queries and exportable formats. The financial management suite should include dashboards showing claim volumes, reimbursement analytics, outstanding balances, and support tools for revenue reconciliation and distribution among consortium partners. The platform must also efficiently manage denied claims, facilitate corrections and resubmissions, and offer API connectivity for eligibility verification and claims submission, including bulk verification capabilities with or without Member ID.
