DESCRIPTION

A Utah-based client is seeking a vendor to provide cloud hosted customer water usage portal replacement services using a commercial off-the-shelf solution. The selected proposer will deliver full implementation and integration of the system.

The proposed package must include water usage data and visualization functionalities, alerts and notifications, and an accessible portal that supports all modern web browsers as well as mobile devices with responsive design. Additionally, a customer mobile app for both Apple and Android platforms is required. The contract will have a one-year term, and vendors must submit any questions by April 1, 2026.
