A university in Alaska seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-hosted Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution designed specifically to manage and enhance interactions with students. The CRM should prioritize a seamless student experience throughout the student lifecycle, supporting goals such as increased enrollment, improved retention, and greater alumni engagement and contributions.
The solution should integrate with existing systems, including OnBase for document management and both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for email and collaboration. It must also unify student data to enable effective communication and marketing campaigns, leverage data analysis tools like Power BI, TOAD, Tableau, and interface with new data warehouse tools such as Snowflake and Informatica. The university seeks to accelerate enrollment growth in workforce and lifelong learning programs, strengthen communication through consistent branding, and improve staff workflow and efficiency.
The contract will span five years. Interested vendors must submit questions by April 2, 2026.
