The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-hosted case management system designed to manage data related to young children and ensure compliance with federal program requirements. The solution must be a SaaS application, securely handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and integrating with the IT Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment via identity federation. The platform must be compatible with both cloud providers and on-premises virtualization environments, supporting enterprise storage, monitoring, and management across in-house and cloud-hosted infrastructures.
The system should be accessible through the latest and some legacy browsers, including mobile browsers, to ensure accurate display and functionality for all users. Key features include support for Google Chrome, integration with relational databases such as SQL Server, and seamless Excel data imports and exports. The application needs to support unlimited user file uploads (from documents to high-definition videos) with scalable storage capacity as required. Additional requirements include the ability to manage scheduled reviews, generate checklists and notifications, automate compliance letters, handle complaint tracking and resolution, facilitate administrative controls, import and export data, and generate detailed reports at various levels.
Vendors must also address questions related to the RFP by April 6, 2026.
