Santa Fe Irrigation District
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-hosted advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) customer portal that delivers near real-time water usage visibility, automated leak detection, predictive bill forecasting, customer engagement tools, and comprehensive utility analytics. The platform must seamlessly integrate with the agency's existing ERP, AMI, billing, and communication systems, with implementation work scheduled to begin in July 2026.
The required solution must be a 100% cloud-hosted platform offering both a web-based portal and dedicated mobile applications for iOS and Android devices. The portal is expected to feature a clean, interactive visual dashboard that enables users to track, analyze, and manage water consumption in near real-time. Data ingestion must allow direct linkage of each account to actual AMI consumption data, with support for hourly or sub-hourly intervals.
Additional capabilities include robust leak detection for continuous flow, night-time anomalies, and irrigation-related leaks, all with configurable customer thresholds. The system should also provide automated, preference-based multi-channel communications such as SMS, email, push notifications, and in-portal messaging to ensure high customer engagement.
