The organization is seeking a vendor to provide cloud front end storage software that delivers an experience similar to OneDrive, leveraging their existing on-premises NetApp storage. The software should enable seamless server integration, allowing the server and storage team to install and validate the platform with a trial license, and to perform subsequent testing. Successful deployment must include features such as document review and editing through native iPhone and Android applications.
The solution should incorporate comprehensive backend and storage architecture, NetApp integration, protocol connectivity, snapshot and file recovery, as well as high storage performance. Additional required functionalities include a desktop client with synchronization, web collaboration with real-time co-authoring, robust permission management, and strong identity and security controls, including Entra ID authentication. The solution must also provide mobile access, data security, compliance, and document classification features.
Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 14, 2026. The resulting contract will have a duration of five years.
