Cloud Enterprise Products Crib Suite and Equivalent Subscription Service

The Province of New Brunswick is seeking proposals for a cloud-based enterprise data streaming suite or equivalent subscription service, with a five-year contract term. The desired solution should be a vendor-agnostic data streaming platform, acting as a universal translator for telemetry data across diverse technologies and logging formats. It must enable organizations to seamlessly collect, process, route, and transform data from any source to any destination, without requiring the deployment of new agents or significant changes to existing infrastructure.

Key capabilities should include an abstraction layer for managing log stream pipelines, efficient onboarding of diverse data sources, intelligent routing to multiple destinations, and optimization to reduce log and SIEM licensing costs. Required features include data volume reduction through advanced filtering, sampling, and deduplication, the ability to replay historical data, real-time transformation and enrichment, distributed data collection from edge locations, federated search, cost-effective data storage with lifecycle management, and comprehensive visualization and analytics.

The proposed solution must be highly adaptable, integrating smoothly with the organization's existing observability and security systems. Integration is required with leading security platforms such as Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, WIZ, Exabit, SIEM solutions including Splunk, Elastic, Azure Sentinel, and Sumo Logic, as well as major cloud providers like Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Amazon Web Services.
