DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based, Workday-compatible time clock system. The selected system must integrate seamlessly with the authority's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system—specifically Workday—using a prebuilt integration from a Workday Preferred or Certified Integration Partner. Strong preference will be given to solutions leveraging Workday's native integration framework, such as Workday Studio, Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, or Raas-based connectors.

Required elements include the time clock system (software and any necessary hardware), system setup, configuration, and integration with Workday, as well as data migration, thorough testing, and robust support throughout system launch (go-live). The project scope further includes employee, supervisor, and administrator training, ongoing technical support, and regular system updates with a preference for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. Security measures such as system backups and disaster recovery are required, with complete system and integration documentation.

Essential system capabilities involve a mobile application or web portal with GPS/geo-fencing for remote employee time entries, ADA-compliant devices and interfaces with multilingual support (English, Spanish, Haitian Creole), and a guaranteed uptime of at least 99.9%. The initial contract period will be one year.
