The state of Michigan is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a cloud-based work order management and asset tracking software solution. The desired system should facilitate asset management as well as the creation, assignment, tracking, and completion of work orders to support the delivery of daily community services. Key operational functions include support for CCTV inspections, cleaning and jetting activities, condition assessment data collection, sewer backup reporting, investigation and response tracking, and resolution management.
The solution must be a web-based application and must integrate with Esri GIS, supporting location-based assets such as addresses and asset IDs. Additional features include labor, material, and equipment time tracking tied directly to work orders, reporting and dashboards for performance monitoring, asset inventory control, lifecycle management, and the ability to handle missed pickup reporting with route follow-up work orders. Vendors able to demonstrate an existing partnership or integration history with Esri GIS are strongly preferred.
All vendor inquiries regarding system requirements, integration, or operational compatibility must be submitted by March 12, 2026.
